1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeenConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our app or website.
2. User Eligibility
DeenConnect is intended for users 16 years or older. Certain features, such as Donations or Marketplace listings, may have additional age restrictions.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
4. User Content
By posting content (e.g., media, social posts, donation campaigns), you grant DeenConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading.
5. Premium Membership
Premium members gain access to additional features. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Lifetime premium access is granted only to the first 500 users, as determined by DeenConnect.
6. Donation Campaigns
Donation campaigns are user-generated and subject to verification. All funds go directly to DeenConnect and are manually disbursed after review. Fraudulent campaigns will result in suspension or removal.
7. Marketplace Use
Users may list and purchase items in accordance with our Islamic guidelines. DeenConnect is not liable for transactions or disputes between users. Affiliate store listings are managed exclusively by our team.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or post inappropriate content.
9. Limitation of Liability
DeenConnect is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages resulting from app use, account misuse, or third-party content.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. You will be notified of major changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
