These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeenConnect mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using DeenConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DeenConnect. Certain features — including posting content, marketplace activity, and donation campaigns — may be restricted to users who meet additional age requirements. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. You may not share your account or use another user’s account without permission.
DeenConnect allows users to create and share content, including posts, comments, marketplace listings, donation campaigns, and images ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting User Content on DeenConnect, you grant DeenConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, misleading, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to User Content at our discretion.
Certain features of DeenConnect may require payment or a subscription. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. DeenConnect does not store your full payment credentials. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation options are disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Promotional offers (including any limited-time or early-user offers) may be available and are subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer.
DeenConnect may allow users to create and support donation campaigns. Donation campaigns are subject to review and approval by DeenConnect, and we reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove campaigns at our discretion. DeenConnect is a platform and does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or outcome of any donation campaign. Donations are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or payment provider policies. Withdrawal requests may be reviewed and processed according to our internal policies and applicable laws.
DeenConnect may provide a marketplace feature that allows users to list and discover items. DeenConnect is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers, except where explicitly stated. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items listed by users. Users are responsible for their own transactions and interactions, and disputes should be resolved directly between users whenever possible. Affiliate store listings may be managed by the DeenConnect team.
We may suspend or terminate your access to DeenConnect at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
DeenConnect is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeenConnect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Your use of DeenConnect is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify users in the app or by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
